At TR Logistics Solutions, we and our partners are committed to providing quality products and exceptional after-sales service. Please read our return and warranty policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations and our duty of care when purchasing from us.
Warranty Coverage
We offer a limited warranty on all eligible devices sold through TR Logistics Solutions. This warranty covers manufacturer defects and internal hardware malfunctions under normal use.
Warranty Periods:
- New Devices: 10 days from the date of purchase
- Refurbished Devices: 7 days from the date of purchase
- Accessories: 3 days from the date of purchase
Covered Under Warranty:
- Manufacturer defects
- Internal component failures not caused by misuse
- Non-user-induced screen, battery, or motherboard issues
Warranty Will Be Voided If:
- The device has been opened, tampered with, or repaired by a third party
- There is evidence of physical damage (e.g., cracked screen, water damage)
- The software has been altered (e.g., rooting, jailbreaking)
- Security seals are broken, or parts are replaced externally
Important: Warranty repairs must be done only through “TazNey Gadgets & More.” External repairs void the warranty immediately.
Return Policy
We accept returns within a limited timeframe if the item meets the return conditions outlined below:
Return Timeframes:
- New Devices: 7 days from the date of purchase
- Refurbished Devices: 3 days from the date of purchase
- Accessories: 3 days from the date of purchase
Return Conditions:
- Item must be in original condition (unopened, unused)
- All original accessories, packaging, and documentation must be included
- Must be accompanied by original receipt or proof of purchase
- The item must pass inspection for signs of tampering or third-party repair
Devices that show signs of tampering, unauthorized repair, or physical damage will not be accepted for return, exchange, or warranty coverage.
Restocking Fees
Returns are subject to restocking fees based on the condition of the item and reason for return:

Repair Services
We offer professional in-house repair services for all devices purchased from us.
- Warranty-covered issues will be repaired free of charge within the coverage period
- Out-of-warranty repairs will incur a diagnostic fee and cost of parts and labor
- Devices repaired externally or tampered with by unauthorized parties lose all warranty protection
We recommend using our in-house technicians to keep your device covered and in optimal condition.
Final Notes
- Software issues caused by third-party apps or improper use are not covered
- We are not responsible for data loss—please back up your device before returning or sending it for repair
- Items returned or presented after the warranty or return period will not be accepted
